. Damaged Goods - If your goods arrive damaged, we require notice within 48 hours of receipt of the goods via email at descarado,decor@outlook.com.
To be eligible for replacement of the goods the following will be required within 48 hours via email to descarado.decor@outlook.com: -
-Proof of purchase
-Full Name, Address, contact no/email address
-Proof of damages via photograph/s to be emailed to descarado,decor@outlook.com
Upon receipt of the above, Descarado Scented Decor will within 7 business days confer with the client and organize replacement of damaged goods.
Faulty Goods- Always adhere to the warning label at the base of the candle and also the Care Card for instructions on how to best care for your items. If the instructions on the care card and warning lable are not adhered to then you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange.
Change of Mind - Please choose your items carefully as they are handmade specifically for you or as you have requested, therefore they cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind.
Refunds - All refund requests must be made via email to descarado.decor@outlook.com. All requests are reviewed individually, and a response email will be delivered to the client within 72 hours of receipt.
Please read the above, in relation to refunds and understand fully prior to sending the email.
If you are entitled to a refund, all monies shall be returned to the client ithin 7 business days.
Gift Vouchers - Gift Vouchers are not exchangeable and only redeemable for items within the Descarado Scented Decor range.
